Our Story

Hi, I am Swati Agarwal, the Founder of BICH and a Pet Parent myself. BICH stands for BRING IN CUDDLES & HUGS and this emotion is at the heart of our range of premium dog food products.

Dogs are more than just pets: they are family. However, in spite of our love for them, we find many dog food products on the market that are filled with fillers and artificial ingredients that do not truly contribute to their health. With that in mind, I started BICH on a simple premise: all dogs should have food as wholesome, nourishing and genuine as the bond we share with them.

We have developed a line of premium, all-natural dog food products that are based on three pillars:
